1. Who we are

This policy explains how DIGITAL F INTELLIGENCE INFORMATICA ("DigitalFI"), CNPJ 16.894.119/0001-95, processes the personal data collected on www.digitalfi.com.br, in Portuguese and English, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD). 2. What this policy does not cover

Data processed inside DigitalFI software (TxDeRE, SPED EFD-REINF, e-Financeira, eSocial, Fiscal Management and MEG) is governed by each product's contract. For software installed on the client's infrastructure, that data stays with the client.

3. Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, e-mail, company, phone and message, provided by you. Together with it we send the source of the visit (for example "LinkedIn", "Google Ads" or the website you came from) and the first page visited, so we know which channel brought you to us.
  • WhatsApp: the button takes you to WhatsApp, a Meta service. We receive what you send us in the conversation, and use of the app follows WhatsApp's rules.
  • Browsing: Google Analytics records pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location and source of the visit, from the first page, based on our legitimate interest in measuring how the site is used. Google Ads records clicks on our ads and contacts generated only if you accept cookies. If you decline in the cookie notice, both tools stop storing cookies on your browser and only receive basic cookieless signals through Google consent mode.
  • Site fonts: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which makes your browser connect to Google servers.
